Description of the building

The villa is all on one floor with a floor area of about 200 sq. m. plus a 30 sq. m. covered veranda. Once inside there is a living room with wooden beams and a lovely fireplace that create a cosy atmosphere. Next to the living room there is a good sized masonry kitchen that is bright and airy thanks to its large window. The night area is slightly raised and comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. Outside there is a covered veranda with an area of about 30 sq. m. and a swimming pool with a solarium where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding countyside.

The villa is close to the historic centre of Noto – the Baroque capital of Sicily. Its excellent position also allows you to easily reach the several natural and archaeological sites nearby as well as the golden sandy beaches, the crystal clear sea, the picturesque countrysides and the excellent cuisine.
