Description of the property

Every minimum detail has been examined in order to design this villa that is all on one level with a floor area of approximately 150 sq. m , comprising  three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest’s restroom with a toilet and wash basin, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area and a technical room. Outside, a terrace and a pathway lead to the swimming pool. All the rooms  have a wonderful view of the sea and en-suite bathrooms ; they are all  connected internally to a long corridor which creates a cozy  atmosphere yet at the same time allows for privacy.

In the corridor  a space that can be used either as a reading corner or a tv area has been designed. In the living room  a lovely fireplace is foreseen. The kitchen looks out onto a large veranda where you can enjoy your meals outside in the fresh air.

From the veranda you can reach the terrace on the roof that stretches over the whole house and has a magnificent view. The shape of the villa and the building materials have been chosen respecting both the environment and the land on which the design has been developed.
