Description of the property

Both the ground floor and the first floor have several balconies that look out onto the road and the internal courtyard.
The vast lobby, that also has barrel vaults, can accommodate 2 cars and a further car can find shelter in the internal garage with a mezzanine. In the basement there is a cellar. The property also has an Italian garden with palm trees.
Over the years the building has undergone some variations and several renovations which have however preserved the style and features of the structure. The property is 87 Km from Fontanarossa Airport at Catania and 7 Km from the beaches at Lido di Noto.
